• Youth Protection TrainingAll registered adult leaders MUST have current Youth Protection Training, this includes Merit Badge Counselors. If your Youth Protection Training is not current at time of recharter, you will not be registered with the troop.

• BSA Medical Form (Parts A, B & C)
  Medical forms are valid for one calendar year and must be current to participate in Scout trips. You can use just this  form if you are not planning on going on a high adventure trip. Otherwise, please download the whole Medical Form with Part D below.

• BSA Medical Form Part D
  If you plan on going on a high adventure trip, you must provide Parts A,B,C and D.
